The villa sits on a steep plot facing the open sea, so the terrain is used for terracing and separating zones. The living space and pool open to the view, while private zones are set back and protected.

The materials combine stone, concrete and large glazing, with wooden details that soften the whole. Terraces and shade are planned to extend outdoor living across the season.
