Zaliv Residence, Dobrota

The project combined preserving the stone house's character with a contemporary standard of comfort. The exterior respects the bay's setting, while the interior was reorganised into a bright, functional space.

The relationship to the water is at the heart of the project, with living spaces opening to the view and careful details connecting tradition and a contemporary expression.
